Czech Garrison, together with our colleagues from the Lion Base, attended the Kids Day event, which was held on May 30 by Prague 3 municipality, and took place at the Jiřího z Poděbrad square. There were many activities for the kids to amuse themselves in, including our "identify a Star Wars character" competition. Despite unfavorable weather, when at one point it was raining so heavily that all of us, the good guys and the bad guys, huddled together under our tent with props, the event was quite a success, and the children that were not discouraged by the rainfall were quite enthusiastic to see their favorite Star Wars characters in life (not to mention the sweets that they received as reward for successfully completing our competition.
